A new way of living is about to come to Nashville and its coming fast - downtown Condo living. In the past couple of years, five major downtown condominium tower projects have been announced. Is this something that will be met favorably by potential buyers? Nashvillians have traditionally embraced the more conservative, sprawl approach to land development. So is it wise for builders to invest in so many projects at once? One project found out the answer is an unqualified "yes!" In the span of less than a week, a major tower unit put its properties up for sale and guess what?! That's right. Every single available unit sold out in under a week!
