User and Advertiser Submitted Content
NVG offers certain content features for free, while other features are offered on a reasonable fee basis. Advertising and other promotional opportunities are available through NVG. All advertisers must agree to NVG's advertising agreement and payment terms prior to any promotional content being posted on NVG. All content, including free and fee based content, is posted at the discretion of NVG administrators and may be removed at any time for any reason. If any fee based content is removed prior to agreed upon period, a pro-rated refund based on the number of remaining days in the agreement will be made to the vendor. This is the sole remedy available to advertisers. Content providers submitting content for NVG (excluding links, events, and events detail) must sign a release granting NVG permission to publish including full rights to use the content in any statistical or marketing areas it may find useful. Content provider signature may be electronic or in writing.

Limited Liability
NVG makes no guarantee on Internet up time, browser access, or audience demographics or volume. The limit of liability of NVG, its administrators, parent company, partners, employees, directors, and owners is limited to any fees already paid by vendor and received by NVG. NVG only posts content it believes is acceptable for publication to a family audience age 13 and older. NVG is not liable for errors and misrepresentations made on behalf of content providers.

Content Provider Responsibility
By providing content, content providers attest to being the legal authority to provide NVG the legal right to promote, distribute and publish provided content. Content providers agree to forever defend and hold harmless NVG, its administrators, parent company, partners, employees, directors, and owners from any and all liability sought against any of the above in relation to content provided by content provider.
