User Agreement By using NashvilleVisitorsGuide.com (NVG) and NVG affiliated web sites (collectively referred to hereafter as "The Sites"), you acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age and have read and fully understand the Privacy Policy of NVG. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that you have read,fully understand and agree with the following User Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you are instructed to refrain from using The Sites. Continued use of The Sites signifies agreement to the terms of this User Agreement. Neither NVG nor HCF is responsible for, and does not regularly monitor the contents of these linked external sites. Unless specifically stated, neither NVG nor HCF approves or endorses the content, product or service of any of these external sites unless otherwise so noted. Users are advised to read carefully and fully understand the terms and conditions and user agreements of each linked site visited, prior to using the linked site for any sort of transaction.
Advertising
The Sites dynamically accept remotely served affiliate advertising. Advertising on The Sites is the result of a contractual agreement between HCF and the advertiser or its agent(s) for HCF to provide web page space on one or more of The Sites and does not constitute or imply an endorsement of the content, product or service by NVG or HCF. NVG and HCF do not screen or monitor affiliate advertising prior to its delivery to The Sites and are not responsible for its content.
Liability and Disclaimers
The Sites are provided on an "as is" basis. HCF makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the content, data and information provided on The Sites. HCF will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of The Sites.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NVG and HCF, their officers, employees, partners and agents; affiliates and their officers, employees, partners and agents; and our customers from any claims, suits, actions, demands, losses, damages, costs, fees or expenses including reasonable legal fees for any action taken by you as a breach of these terms, or as a consequence of or reliance upon information, content, data, and/or material provided in The Sites. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all damages, costs and fees awarded in favor of third parties which result from or are coincident to the use of The Sites by you or actions taken by you in breach of this agreement.
Legal Forum
The Sites may be hosted and viewed either inside or outside the state of Tennessee. You agree that any dispute arising out of the use of The Sites or the information, content, data or material found on The Sites, will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. You further agree to the federal and state court venues located in Davidson County, Tennessee as the legal forum for any such dispute.
